Get Started

The questions never look like questions.

Get Started
PROBLEM_

A demo you can explore freely gives people no reason to say who they are. Sales ends up with a visit and nobody to follow up with.

MY ROLE_

Design and front-end on the get-started demo. I built the tour, the qualifying questions and the flows they hide inside, with AI agents on the implementation.

RESEARCH_

People skip a form when the thing behind it is already open. So the questions couldn't be a toll gate. They had to happen inside the demo itself.

The best question doesn't feel like a question. It feels like the thing you came to do.

KEY INSIGHT_

CHALLENGE_

Qualify a prospect — company, role, monthly spend, team size — without a single moment that feels like a form. Every answer had to hand something back.

PROCESS_

The questions became the setup. "What's this card for?" and "roughly how much a month?" configure the demo card and capture spend category and budget in one tap.

SOLUTION_

Questions disguised as card setup, an identity you fill in like a mad-lib, a feed that re-seeds to vendors from your industry, and a closing line that answers the pain you picked.

LIVE PROTOTYPE_

The working demo is embedded below.

This is the real prospect demo. Walk the tour — issue a card, add a teammate — and watch the questions do double duty as you go.

OUTCOMES_

Every question had to pay for itself, and the ones that did stopped reading as questions. Next I'd find the ones people still notice and cut those too.
